For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to TruckinDigital.com include www.truckindigital.com and Truckin Digital System (app.truckindigital.com)

The Truckin Digital website is a ERP, Enterprise Resource Planning system. By using the TruckinDigital.com website or Truckin Digital System, Truckin Digital Driver App, Truckin Digital Time App, Truckin Digital Manager App, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Truckin Digital may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name or business name. If you purchase TruckinDigital.com products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. Truckin Digital's Sharing Fleet Data will broadcast your truck availability to third parties such as brokers or shippers in effort to help cover the truck type with an potential order. This can be managed on or off in the Company Settings module under “Share my Fleet Availability”.

Truckin Digital use of the following information from the Truckin Digital Driver App (com.truckindigital.driverapp):

  • Background Location Access is used to provide the Truckin Digital System while the Truckin Digital Driver App is running in the background with Current GPS position for the purpose of dispatching future or current shipments, including: Shipment Estimated Time of Arrivals and Duration at Shippers, Receivers or Locations for the purpose of Detention and gathering duration times at locations.
  • Foreground Location Access is used to provide the Truckin Digital System while the Truckin Digital Driver App is running in foreground with Current GPS position for the purpose of dispatching future or current shipments, including: Shipment Estimated Time of Arrivals and Duration at Shippers, Receivers or Locations for the purpose of Detention and gathering duration times at locations.
  • Camera Access is used to Scan Important Documents, such as Bill of Ladings, Lumpers etc. Driver will submit those documents to the Truckin Digital System.
  • Storage Access is used to access documents or pictures to upload to the Truckin Digital System. This function only is allowed when user initiates the following: Profile Picture, Upload Documents
  • Notification Access is used to receive important system updates such as when a Shipment is dispatched, or when you receive a chat message by the back office.
  • Microphone Access is used primarily with the Chat function to record a message and submit.
  • Phone Access is used for click to dial functionality.

Truckin Digital use of the following information from the Truckin Digital Time App (com.truckindigital.timeapp):

  • Camera Access is used to scan QR codes as an ease of use to clock in/out or go on break.

Truckin Digital use of the following information from the Truckin Digital Manager App (com.truckindigital.manager):

  • Camera Access is used to Scan Important Documents, such as Bill of Ladings, Lumpers etc. Driver will submit those documents to the Truckin Digital System.
  • Storage Access is used to access documents or pictures to upload to the Truckin Digital System. This function only is allowed when user initiates the following: Profile Picture, Upload Documents
  • Notification Access is used to receive important system updates such as when a Shipment is delayed, arrived, or when you receive a chat message by the back office.
  • Phone Access is used for click to dial functionality.

Truckin Digital use of the following information from the Truckin Digital Cellular Track App (com.truckindigital.cellulartracking):

  • Background Location Access is used to provide the Truckin Digital System while the Truckin Digital Cellular Track App is running in the background with Current GPS position for the purpose of active shipments, including: Shipment Estimated Time of Arrivals and Duration at Shippers, Receivers or Locations for the purpose of Detention and gathering duration times at locations.
  • Foreground Location Access is used to provide the Truckin Digital System while the Truckin Digital Cellular Track App is running in foreground with Current GPS position for the purpose of active shipments, including: Shipment Estimated Time of Arrivals and Duration at Shippers, Receivers or Locations for the purpose of Detention and gathering duration times at locations.
  • Notification Access is used to receive important system updates such as when a Shipment is delayed, arrived by the back office.
